I want to install a image editing program on my flash drive and i want
to open at other places without install permissions. i tried
installing gimp and photoshop into my flash drive, but it only works
from this computer. when i try to open it from a different computer, i
get a message some file is missing from the system32 folder. does
anyone know any image program that does save files in system32 folder
while installing.

Use the Portable Gimp
http://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/gimp_portable
or simpler PhotoFiltre
http://photofiltre.free.fr/frames_en.htm
(just copy the folder from program files and it runs on a usb stick)
