| Even thou I hate your battery lid, I'm going to replace
my dx4330 with the c360. I really hope that you can preload
the picture counter. It would be nice to preclude the
collision with all the photos from the dx4330.
Can you preload the c360 counter?

You can read the C360 manual at the Kodak.com website. It should cover
this issue.

Greetings HFS,
I can understand your interest in the C360, but want to tell you that you
will not be able to change the file numbers. Rather, if you add your images
to your system in varying locations, you will not have any trouble with the
numbering schema.
Actually, even with the new numbers, you can dock your camera or plug in the
connecting USB cable then activate the EasyShare Software, which will bring
in your images to separate folders.
If you do not use EasyShare Software then not to worry, other programs or
even Windows Explorer let you create new folders that you can use to store
your unique images.

Greetings HFS,
Nope, I am afraid not. Rather, there are better ways around the files
you already have on your system. Are you using EasyShare? If not
consider giving it a try. The latest version is really nice. It has some
new folder control options, i.e. if you have a series of folders in
which you store your images, EasyShare will now see them and include
their name. Works pretty well for me.
Anyway, give it a try and let me know what you think?
Talk to you soon, HFS,

Ron,
Does the current Easyshare have an option to date the pictures from
the EXIF data, rather than the date the file is transferred to the computer?

Hi Ron,
Just got your request, and am glad to share.
The latest version of EasyShare does have the option of changing the date
that the image was recorded. Since many programs work through this data the
option allows you to change things. Nice feature. You can do this to more
than one at one time, and also add changes to the caption at the same time.
Talk to you soon, Ron, always glad to help you.

Hi Ron,
Sorry this is late. If you did not review this issue already, yes, you
can edit the date using the latest version of ESS. This allows you the
option of dating your images so they can fall into a sequence etc.
Talk to you soon,
