Post subject: I want to mount an old lense I have to my canon 400d

I have Hanimex auto zoom macro 80-200

I have no idea how good it is and don't expect a whole lot, but I want to know how I mount this to my camera, I know there are various adapters to attach old film lenses to new dslrs, and I have looked and have just become lost in a sea of ebay and not much specific info, if anyone can help would be very much appreciated... Thankyou Smile
