how to make templates in photoshop ?

after buying a senior success dvd disc with some different senior
templates i would like to be able to do the templates with my own
photos .

im not sure the links below will get you to the composite i made with
one of the templates after using images i took from a recent senior
session .

could anyone walk me thru making them they come in pdf format .
im average at best in photoshop and ive not been able to find exactly
what i would like to do thru various searches.
