1/ When transferring a jpg image from casio to olympus, the file is on the
memory card but will not display on the olympus camera.
Why not?

2/ When looking at "properties/general/advanced" there's a whole raft of
detail.
(One theory is if these are edited (from "casio" to "olympus", for example)
this might fool the camera into displaying it) - but, how to edit these?)

The practical reason for wanting to do it - old olympus camera pics will
display on friends TV via camera lead (he doesn't have DVD player) but
reluctant to lend the new casio for this purpose.

You could try converting the images with my TVwriter program:

http://www.david-taylor.myby.co.uk/software/imaging.html

There is a demo version which you can download.
