impact! studio lighting setup

Post subject: impact! studio lighting setup

i just purchased a 2 floodlight/umbrellas/lightstands kit from impact! no
instructions on how to set it up were included. i have figured out how to
attach the umbrella to the stand, but i cannot figure out how to attach the
light socket to the bracket. can anyone help me??? thanks...

We have no idea what light kit you might be talking about. Is it a Lowell?
