Is there a good scanner w/ document feeder for photos?

Please suggest a scanner - Can you help me choose a flat-bed scanner in the US$50-100 range ? It is *not* primarily for work with but I guess this group will be quite anyway. It's for work with pictures and yes, photos too. OCR..

Sorry, I meant a scanner with a dedicated feeder for photos. I saw one the
other day but can't find it. It fed 4x6 & 3x5. I doubt that it's very fast.
It might be kind of scary to feed old photos through a contraption that
might damage them.

Aren't there some kind of overlays that fit onto a scan bed that allow for
the quick positioning of photos for a standard flat bed scanner? I imagine
sheets that can be loaded with photos and them put on the bed and scanned
without positioning and the resulting scans fitting into a template in
photoshop that could seperate and save as individual files or layers.
