artifact

I used to play with photo delux, but being color blind I just can't
use Adobe products without indexes.

I took a great graduation picture last night with a Sony Cybershot
7.2. The flash got the faces, but some of the lights in the
background streaked. Not a problem, except one of the streaks seems
to have been processed onto the face (cheek) of the professor. Is
there a service that can airbrush that off? E-mail the file and not
have to fiddle with it any more (3 meg)? pay by paypal?
