Can I put such a card of more than 4gb in the Z700? If not, can I
assume that the camera will support cards in sd format of up to 4GB?
Thanks

Sounds like a question for Kodak.

Hello, Steve:

I greatly doubt it; 2GB is the upper limit, most likely.

Greetings SW2U,

No, the Z700 will not see the 4 gig card as anything more than 2 gig.
Actually, since you have a 2 gig card already, take it with you when you
plan to purchase. Check the camera to be sure it will see a 2 gig card. Many
Kodak cameras will but a few will not.
