Raw will give you the most data to work with, resulting in the best
image, however it is more cumbersum to work with.
JPEG (the highest setting on your camera, generally HIGH or FINE) is
the easiest to use (i.e. backend in Photoshop)
If you're looking for something to "hang on a wall" the type image you
are working with really has less importance than say:
The quality printer you use-different inks will bleed more and
desaturate with direct sunlight and air exposure
The quality paper you use-different papers will degrade at different
rates. You'd be surprised how quickly a really good piece of photo
paper will start to degrade.
The quality frame you use-you want the least amount of air to be
exposed to your photo as possible.
