Sony DSC H2 - Quick question, does anyone else have one of these, and when it's turned on does it whirr away to itself ? I thought it may be all sorts of the auto features, but no, run on full manual, with auto turned off and it still merrily..

Sony DSC-S30 - I've got a Sony DSC-S30 and about 3 weeks ago it got so it would not turn off and was in Demo mode. I was able to turn off the Demo mode, but now the camera won't turn off and the only way to do so is take out the Lithium battery and unplug the cammera. .

Sony H1 - How do I delete all pics from my camera memory rather then one at a time?

I'd be interested in your opinion on this DSLR. To my knowledge with its
14MP it's at the moment the highest megapixel APS-C DSLR (and quite
affordable as well - 660 Euro for the body here in Germany). Then it has
live preview on a swiveling LCD and in-camera IS.

The most pixels is not the same as being the best quality.

I don't need high ISO capability - 95% to 98% of shots are lowest ISO
anyway. The other day somebody wanted to enlarge one of my photos to 2m
x 3m. Better doing that with a 14MP photo than with a 6MP one
(insufficient resolution in both cases, but the situation is less
dramatic with a 14MP image).

In the past I have followed a link from the Kodak page and was led to
some cameras with 29 to 40mp - no, they were not Kodak and they were not
cheap.

That's why the Sony 350 is interesting. It has 14MP and is quite
affordable.

Sorry for confusion, the Sony W300 is $349.95.
That's 13.6mp - almost 14.
