So, Canon have released info on the 400D, but what about new lenses and the
1Ds MK III?

Has anyone heard anything about these?

A 50mm f/1.2 L was apparently also announced.
With Photokina 2007 opening in about a month,
there is enough time to make the headlines several
times yet ...

Bit of an anti-climax. Nothing exiting then. ;-(

IMO, they should have spend the R&D money spent on the 50mm 'L' in reducing
the cost of the 85mm 'L'!
