Hello,

I read of your recovery software in the digital photo newsgroup. I found
some problems while trying to recover photos from an accidentally
deleted SD camera card:

1) The demo program found 3 files. When I clicked on to view some
images, it listed 2 files. When I double clicked on a file to view
images, nothing happened.

2) Your links for help and to purchase do not work with my Vista Home
Premium.

3) Your purchase form requests an 8 digit hex number, from the demo
program. I cannot find such a number.

Help, please.

This was posted due to an error by Vista in my PC. Sorry.

Another reason I dread the day my machine dies and I have to use Vista.
Tried Ubuntu live CD but that runs for a while (sometime quite a while)
then attempts a re-start. Have to kill power to machine to recover.
Technology doesn't like me.
