Why would Photoshop 4.x be Windows Vista 64-bit compatible when Photoshop
CS2 wasn't Vista compatible. The only version of Photoshop that is designed
and certified to work with Vista is CS3.

Why do lots of other 32bit apps and games work in Vista64? Because Vista64
has 32bit backwards compatibility!
