Post subject: Photo lab printing in Canada
Archived from groups: rec>photo>digital (more info?)

Following up on an old thread, I did not sign up for Future Photo
because of the membership agreement, which promises to pay their legal
fees if any suit (frivolous or not) is brought against them.

I've run across that more than once with Canadian businesses (my isp,
and xetrade are two others) where their lawyers think that their job
is to protect their clients against any conceivable misadventure, even
when it gets in the way of doing business.
