hi,

Ii have a nice collection of pentax screwmount lenses which I use with
old manuel cameras. I would like to get a new digital camera and
naturally think to get a Pentax. Does anybody know if my old lenses
are compatible with K10 D? I have some lens adaptors which allow me to
use those lenses on K mount cameras.

thanks,

Mojtaba

as did I - lots of good bayonet lenses plus 2 good film Pentaxs. To be
honest (IMHO) you're better off starting again, both for camera choice,
AF etc.

I too wanted a pentax but when i looked at what was out there I went
with a Canon as it was so much better (IMHO again).

What things were so much better than the K10D and on what model? Which one
did you buy?

Pentax W10 vs. W20 - Hi, did anyone have a chance to compare the Pentax W10 to the new W20? They look pretty similar to me, the extra 1 megapixel is not worth much to me. I would appreciate any input on the new magic imaging features: Anti-Blur, etc... Are they any good?...

Pentax Optio W10 cleaning - I have a Optio W10. Very nice to use it on the beach, boat or swimming. But the front glass gets easily dirty with sea water and then it is very difficult to clean it while you are outdoor. Any suggestion how to clean it? or keep it clean? Silvio Galli

Pentax digital SLR and old lenses - Can anyone tell me if my old lenses from my Pentax SF1 and SF10 will fit on the new Pentax digital SLR bodies? Just wondering if I can save on some lenses or if I have to buy all new. Thanks. Gord.

Pentax and Samsung Dslr Questions - I will be looking for a Dslr in the coming months and I am intrigued by the Pentax and Samsung offerings. I understand that they are basicly the same camera, and significantly have street prices at least $100 less than the Canon or Nikon equivalents....

Pentax K series SLR image quality? - Over on dpreview, the *ist DS was criticized for lack of image quality from out of the camera jpeg. Shooting raw was the way to go with this one. Seeing the side by side test with competing Canon and Nikon showed the lower resolution jpegs that were..
