Outdoor Photographer/Shutterbug Magazine back issue articl..

There was an article in a recent issue of Outdoor Photographer or
Shutterbug Magazines in which the authors used photoshop to enhance
the washed out sky background of a photo. There was a barn in the
center, and they enhanced the sky colors.
Does anyone know what months edition this article was in? I saw it in
the library, and need to order the issue from the publisher.
Unfortunately, the issue is not to be found at present.

Why should this be a problem? Simply select the sky and work on that, using
the various color and brightness/contrast tools.
