Post subject: Olympus Master 2 program

I have a Sony video camera plus an Olympus digital. I used to be able to capture individual photos from my video camera with my ATI card. I have since upgraded and lost this card.
I can take short movies with my digital camera and would like to know if you can capture individual photos from them with the OM2 program? I cannot find anything on the help to find out this information.
Regardless, if anyone can help direct me to a program that will take stills off either of these cameras from videos, I would really appreciate any help.

Thanks in advance,
Kayliss
