I am curious. A lot of people use Noise Ninja for reducing noise in photos,
even though they have Photoshop.

Isn't it possible to reduce noise to the same level with normal Photoshop?

Much depends on preferences and sophistication in using the somewhat limited
noise reduction filter in PS.
Noise Ninja does a good job with minimal fuss.
