I'm looking to buy a flat panel 19" monitor for editing with Elements.
I'm an above average amateur but not a full Photoshop expert!. I've
heard well of the Sony SDM-HX95 and of the SyncMaster 931C but are
there others? I want to spend £300 tops. What features are vital?.
Should I consider a widescreen [often 20"] model or do they somehow
'distort' the image by stretching it sideways?

Digital Camera Magazine did a survey on 19" screens recently. I believe the
Dell came out way above the rest.
