I don't think that camera has a viewfinder; it has an LCD that sort of
acts like a viewfinder.
And you're noticing one of the drawbacks of cameras without real
viewfinders (optical or EVF). The sun can affect how well that LCD
appears.
I have a Limix FX01, without a viewfinder,and the sun does affect the
LCD, but I can still see well enough to frame.
