Hope this is the right place to ask for help.

I have a Sony DSC-P120 camera and all works fine when moving files between
the camera and the computer.

However, I wondered if there is a specific file type that the camera needs
to read from the JPG file as when I create a photo from a scanned image and
copy this back to the MemoryStickPRO the camera cannot read the file.

I have changed the file name but nothing appears to work so I am at a loss.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

David.

Probably caused by the special copy protection software that
Sony installed on your computer.

This is interesting to me as I have a very similar problem with my Nikon
D70s. I have no problems transferring pictures to my computer and editing
them with Photoshop, but when I copy them back to the memory card and put it
in the camera, the camera monitor will not show the pictures. sorry I
haven't an answer, but it's not just Sony.

Regards,
Geoff.

It's an easy way to show pictures on other people's television. Is it odd?
I don't know.

I think it is the filename. I've heard others have this problem. Once
they changed the filename to use the scheme that the brand wants, they
show up. I don't remember what brands though.
