Memory stick for Sony Cybershot 2.1 megapixel DSC P50

I've had the above for about 5 years and am thinking of upgrading to a
Sony T100.
Can someone please let me know whether I can use the memory sticks I
have for the older camera on the as yet unpurchased new one? I've
read somewhere about an adaptor. Help and thanks in advance.

It is likely that they will work but unless they are pretty big you will
probably need larger ones, luckily new large ones are cheap.
