Olympus SP 510 UZ - I'm buying one. Does anyone have this camera and/or anyone with opinions about it Thanks

Olympus C-3000 - Just got this camera on ebay. I'm assuming it works and the issue is Operator error (ME!!). appears to be in working order, there were a couple of photos on the card when I received it, zoom works etc etc etc. I cannot get it to

olympus - I would like to get any f feedback on the olympus sp-559 uz.

Olympus E-510 - When is the Olympus E-510 going to be available to the American consumer. Has anyone had a chance to play with one yet?

Olympus SP-500 UZ - Hello, Who knows? I can't find in the manual where I could stop the bip sound when I switch on this camera! I would like to use it without that sound by opening the camera. Who knows? Many thanks for your help and for all inputs, ..

It reminds me of people in the 1960s stuffing as many of themselves
into a Volkswagen Beetle as possible. Are you really going to ride
around that way? These things are gimmicks. Toys for know-nothing
buyers.

I disagree. The 570uz looks like it could be a fine point&shoot
"ultra-zoom". While I think the ever increasing number of pixels on a
small sensor doesn't accomplish much for me, I like the trend towards
wider angle lenses.

I don't see this camera replacing anyones good DSLR, but *I* like
point&shoot "ultra-zoom" cameras. Were I in the market for a new
camera, I'd definitely take a look at this one.

The fact you may be looking for something completely different in a
camera hardly justifies the "Toys for know-nothing buyers."
