Hello, Tony:

The previous poster ("Watcher") was alluding to the fact that, Kodak
has long outsourced the manufacture of its digicams, to other companies
(such as Sanyo).

Of course, this happens to be common practice, throughout the modern
camera industry; singling out Kodak, for scorn, is simply mindless
prejudice.
