Hi Ken,
The c0 error usually means something is either wrong with a board in the
camera or the ROM. It may be possible to flash the ROM to remedy the
trouble but it has been a long time since I tried that. Camera was
released back in Feb of 98. Anyway, if you go to the Kodak site you can
download the last firmware update and try it on your camera. You should
do this on a machine running a compatible OS. Windows XP is not
supported for the firmware update. Previous OS versions are. After
downloading follow the directions and this may resolve the issue. The
basics on the update will make your camera a DC200 Plus.:
Since the camera is not going to work with that error, I guess you have
nothing to lose. If the update does not work for you, you can still turn
it in to Kodak to take advantage of the tradein feature.
Let me know if you need help or have questions.
