Image Editing software - drop shadow

Does anyone know of an Image Editing application that will EASILY add
a Drop Shadow to an image (ideally in a single click) ?

I have most of the popular applications but none of them seem to
facilitate this without going through a series of tedious steps

Photoshop. (Add a layer style. Tell it to do drop shadows. Adjust the
shadows. Very easy.)
