I asked earlier about this machine that is still being
advertised for $99.95. Has anyone managed to get one since the H
S web site quotes a shipping date of Nov 9? The specs seem
adequate but there is no indication of the speed. I've got a
number of old slides that I would like to scan for family
historical purposes. Tho' the number is not large enough to
consider some automated scanner like the Nikons, the small
amount of scanning I have done with my flatbed Canon scanner was
satisfactory but very slow.
