I have a Fuji FinePix 2650 that when I try to connect to my PC nothing
happens. The screen on the camera says "USB" and "DSC", but the device
is not recognized in the FinePix Viewer. I downloaded a USB driver
(version 3.2) that says it will work with this model number from
FujiFilm's website but this did not help. What else do I have to do to
view photos taken on the camera on my PC (Windows XP)?

I have an S5200 and did not like the bundled FinePix Viewer and
uninstalled it. Now, Windows takes over and sees the camera as simply
another drive and asks what action is to be taken with the data when
the device is connected. Much easier and straight forward to deal
with.
