Epson 2400 printer driver question

I print from Photoshop CS and have intstalled the Epson 2400 driver.
When I select paper size (sheet) I have the option to select "user defined".
When I do that I was expecting to be able to type in the size of the sheet.
But I do not see where I can do that. When I was using the 2100 it was
quite easy as far as I remember. Is there an error in the printer driver?
Or have I overlooked something?

What did Epson Support tell you to do?
