Post subject: Kodak EasyShare Software: View Calendar Problem
Archived from groups: rec>photo>digital (more info?)

Version: 6.0.12.0

Issue: The software seems to like closing itself, for no reason. One of the
times it did this, it seems to have corrupted the "database" that the
software uses.

Before the crash, Pictures showed up in both the "Show Albums -> Entire
Collection" and "View Calendar - Months" view. However, for one month
(May, 2002) only the photo that was selected at the time of the software
crash is visible. This problem is only in May of 2002. All of the other
months work as expected.

I have verified that "Only Favorites" and "Only Protected" are not selected
for the view settings.

Is there some way to delete the "database" or run a fix on it to get the
photos to display properly?

A Side question: Is there a way to make "View Calendar - Months" the
default view when loading EasyShare?

Thanks,

Hal
