Yikes that is certainly strange?
I wonder, Sam, how are you picking up the camera. Is there a chance that as
you grasp the camera it is getting turned on? Do you have the dial set to
auto or 'off.' This could be the cause. If not and the dial is turned to the
off position, I would call our team to have the camera checked. Since it is
under warranty and has never had any damage, it would be under warranty. Our
support teams would be able to review and determine what the cause may be.
