| I have a Sony HI camera, some of my photographs are tiling on the
camera and occasionally when I download them to my PC. i.e. when I try
to edit them I open the image and I have 16 small images instead of 1
image. Has anyone had this problem and what is the resolve?

It sounds like you have set the camera, inadvertently, to "mega-burst mode".
On my DSC-H2 I have a top button that appears to say " /BRK " which
stands for BRACKET mode.
In the BRACKET mode, the camera will shoot three full size images at
different settings each time you hold down the shutter button.
The next mode is BURST mode and the camera will shoot 3 to 10 pix in full
size images, all at the same setting... as long as you hold down the
shutter button.
In the MULTI-BURST mode, it will do as your camera does ...shoot a single
page with 16 images on one page.
Try resetting your BRACKET/BURST mode button. It works like a toggle, in
that each time you press it, it moves to the next mode. If your camera is
like mine, you have FOUR options .... NONE--- BRACKET--- BURST AND
MULTI-BURST.
If you look in the viewfinder, in the multi-burst mode, you will have an
icon that appears to be 4 or so paper pages overlapped. Get that off of the
viewfinder and you will probably be back to normal mode.
I hope this helps, Rich >> Stay informed about: Sony DSC H1 |
