Sure looks like it; even DP Review has posted links to the "rumors." Looks
like another 6.1MP budget SLR. This is a shame, because it means we're even
further from filling what I see as a gaping hole in the marketplace: a
high-end compact that does RAW, movies, and IR. If the Sony F828 had been
"fixed" it would have been near perfect, although a little large. But I'd
love to see something that's a swiss army knife type cam to use as an
adjunct to my SLR outfit.

Camera raw for Nikon D80, again - Adpbe just published a list of new additions to its Camera Raw plug-ins support. The Nikon D80 was not on the list. In the past, such Camera Raw additions have been made every 4 months or so. Is there any evidence that the D80 plug-in will be published..

Camera raw plug-ins for Nikon D80 - The new Nikon D80 camera works quite nicely. But the Camera RAW plug-in for photoshop will not work with the files from that camera. The camera is not listed as one of the ones that Camera RAW will handle. How long does it take Adobe to write a plug-in..
