Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 for the Macintosh has been announced, and
is scheduled for shipping in March. $90 ($70 upgrade from PS Elements
3.0 or Photdeluxe).

Lightbox b2 for the Mac is available for free download. It expires June
30th. (Windows version forthcoming.)

I have had mine (PC) for several months. And a friend has had PE 4.0
for almost a year. (MAC)
