AIO Printer That Scans Medium Format Negatives?

Does anyone know of any all-in-one printer that can scan medium format
negatives or slides?

I don't know about a N-in-one, but the Epson Perfection 4490 is available
from the Epson store refurb for about $125 - it does medium format as well
as 35mm.
