The Olys C series are very slow.
SLR cameras are designed for fast response by moving metering and focus
off the main sensor to dedicated hardware.
As for the card speed, the only difference that I've noticed in speed is
in reviewing images or copying the card. The buffers in cameras these
days are large enough for many consecutive photos. Faster is nice but I
wouldn't pay a lot of money for it unless I was using burst mode a lot.
