The camera allows you to see what the photo will look like when it's cropped
but I can't seem to save the cropped photo. Is this possible?

Why would anyone want to *crop* a photo while it is still in the camera?

Hi

Don't know the answer to that one, but the forthcoming D80 is supposed to
be able to do several editing tasks right in camera. I suppose someone
must need this ability, but not me.

You may want to print some pictures and are near a PictBridge
compatible printer but not near a computer. I'd still prefer to
have the uncropped photos remain on the card. If there's enough
space remaining on the card, I suppose the camera could save copies
of cropped images, suitably named to easily distinguish them from
original image files.
